We are still accepting players to the Fall 2010 Wait List.

To be placed on the Wait List, please complete the three steps below:

1) Send AN email to fall@mdsoccer.org with your child's name, age and gender in the subject line, e.g. "Subject: Mia Hamm, 9, G", players whose parents volunteer to REFEREE or COACH will be given priority as we are always in need of volunteer referees and coaches. MDSA provides free training so no experience is necessary.

2) Pre-register your child(ren) at http://www.eayso.org/. (Choose "Region 223" when prompted.) New players to MDSA must submit proof of birth (copy of birth certificate or passport, etc.).

3) Print, sign & mail ONE copy of each player's registration form. IF a parent is volunteering to coach please submit 2 signed volunteer application forms, along with ONE CHECK PER CHILD made payable to MDSA to:

2010 Fall registration fee is now $130 (includes $20 LATE FEE after May 25th). Placement on a team is NOT guaranteed after May 25th.

Registration fee includes the cost of a full uniform and a new soccer ball for each player. (Uniform: jersey, shorts and socks.)
