The 10u boys team representing MDSA Region 233, the Black Dragons, achieved place in the AYSO Section 2 tournament this past weekend. The Section 2 Tournament invites the most successful AYSO Fall teams from California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Alaska for a two day tournament in Foster City.
On a very cold weekend (32 degrees on Saturday!) the boys played hard and more importantly had lots of fun. After qualifying from their group
after three tough games, the Black Dragons beat the San Bruno Golden Hunters 4-2 on Sunday to claim 3rd place in the tournament.
