MDSA Storm 2009 Boys Elite team had another successful tournament last weekend when they took second place in the prestigious end-of-season CalNorth Spring Cup Boys U10 Gold division. The boys once again competed with the best U10 teams in the Bay Area, and won all three of their group game before losing the Sunday afternoon final to an impressive Elite Soccer 09 team, who have played all season in U11 competition.
Storm ended their first Elite season having made the Championship game in 7 of 8 tournaments. They won 4 First Place trophies and were runner-up in all 3 gold tournaments they entered.
